The Linq team came to us looking to update their website to match the excellence of their product. Through an update of their home and teams pages, we optimized the UX strategy to clearly state the value of their product against industry competitors and traditional business cards, provide clearer pathways to purchase and optimize for an e-commerce experience, and rethink how they present their teams offerings. Linq came to us hoping to solve user confusion surrounding the functionality of their product. By creating a clearer narrative of how the product works and the positive impact potential for different industries and user types, we focused the home page to answer a user’s questions and guide them to purchase once they were ready.
Our team chose to evolve the brand further into the tech-startup space—from black and white text to a site full of life with animations, pops of color, and product photos, resulting in a noticeable shift of competitor’s websites to do the same.
