Whiteboard is committed to becoming an anti-racist organization.

It is long past time for a change. We in the United States find ourselves in a peculiar moment in our nation’s story—a moment when, yet again, it is made clear that the dehumanizing evil of racism has been woven intricately into the fabric of our country. Its presence is evident and irrefutable throughout our civic, economic, social, and political structures.

As an organization committed to restoration through sacrifice, we have a moral, ethical, and operational imperative to work against this evil.  Read more about our perspective on this here→.

We’ve committed to do this work in the open—read our plan, or keep up with our progress here ↓.

Many thanks to Dr. Kelly Burton of the Black Innovation Alliance for her insight, wisdom, and authorship of this plan.
