From pioneering the world’s first 3D-printed homes to reshaping the financial systems that enable homeownership for underserved communities, their mission has always been clear: to end global homelessness through innovation. As their strategy evolved—from building homes to catalyzing market-based solutions—they needed a digital experience that could grow with them.

That’s where we came in. Our team joined New Story at a pivotal moment of reinvention. They weren’t just updating a website—they were reframing the story of their organization. They needed a platform that could carry the complexity of their model, inspire action, and position them for long-term impact.

Turning Complexity into Clarity

One of the core challenges in our work together was translating New Story’s systems-level approach into something that felt tangible and human. It’s easy to understand the impact of building a home for a family. It’s harder to tell a story about transforming financial ecosystems—without losing sight of the people those systems affect.

We collaborated closely to bridge that gap. From early strategy to editorial voice and visual design, our creative direction focused on three core principles: celebrating their spirit of innovation, conveying the scale of their impact, and keeping the human story front and center.

We brought this to life through a refined design system—pairing modern typography and immersive photography with warm, approachable color palettes. Interactive storytelling and progressive content reveal patterns allowed users to move through complex ideas with clarity and curiosity. The result is a site that educates without overwhelming, and invites users to engage at a deeper level.

Whether visitors are philanthropists exploring large-scale giving, impact investors assessing new opportunities, or everyday donors wanting to contribute, the experience now meets them where they are.

We shaped intuitive journeys for each audience segment, structuring key pages to align with user intent while elevating New Story’s credibility as a category leader. The platform doesn't just explain what New Story does—it helps others advocate on their behalf, from pitch decks to partner meetings to donor conversations.
