Whiteboard collaborated with Chef Erik Niel to bring his vision for a new cascading menu structure to life at Easy Bistro. The challenge required both creative design thinking and practical engineering to develop a menu system that was both functional and aesthetically pleasing. Our team prototyped multiple constructions and materials, testing various approaches before landing on the optimal solution: a simple legal-size hardboard back paired with an innovative easy-on sliding plastic binding bar to hold papers securely in place. This design allows for quick menu updates while maintaining a professional presentation that reflects the bistro's commitment to quality and attention to detail.
