Whiteboard partnered with Text Request to establish a clear and simple identity for their innovative communication service. In a world where everyone is texting, Text Request connects organizations with their customers through personal messages - essentially putting a service team in every customer's pocket. The challenge was creating a brand identity that matched the simplicity and clarity of the service itself. Working alongside regular collaborators Iron Horse Software, 26 Tools, and Tubatomic, we developed foundational identity elements including logo, colors, typefaces, illustration styles, and photo standards. The comprehensive brand system established the visual foundation for writing, web design, and backend programming to build upon, ensuring consistent communication across all touchpoints.
