When Hudson Brock founded AlloHire, he wanted more than just another recruiting agency. Whiteboard partnered with Hudson to create an identity that captured their philosophy of putting clients first. Drawing from the word 'allocentric' (the opposite of egocentric), we developed a plainspoken, type-only logo that centers attention on others. The macron over the 'o' creates focus on a single character, mirroring how AlloHire focuses on each individual client. This subtle accent also suggests 'raising the bar' and upward movement, perfectly aligning with what great recruiters do for their customers. Alongside the logo, we built an extremely minimal website and helped AlloHire articulate their unique approach in precisely the right words.
