Applied Information is a leading developer of connected, intelligent transportation system (ITS) solutions designed to improve safety, reliability and mobility. Their Glance Smart City Supervisory System allows cities to manage all traffic and ITS assets through one web-based application, focusing on Traffic Intersections, School Beacons, Parking Guidance, Mobile Vehicle Assets and ITS devices. Creative Director Adam Houston of Bridge Creative, having watched Applied Information grow exponentially, recognized the need to elevate the company's brand communications to reflect their new business maturity. Whiteboard's solution centered on 'Connecting the Dots' — a visual metaphor for how Applied Information captures data from hundreds of thousands of smart devices and connects them to make everyday life better, safer and more effective. The flexible system uses various dot-based patterns and designs, creating brand materials that range from simply clear to artfully complex.
