Chick-fil-A Leader Academy

Chick-fil-A Leader Academy partnered with Whiteboard to build a digital product for teachers and students engaging with their leadership curriculum. Today, over 100,000 students across 1,000+ schools have experienced the program.

We partnered with Chick-fil-A Leader Academy to plan, design, develop, and deploy a comprehensive web application that serves as the central hub for content distribution and communication between the administrative team and volunteer teachers and students at participating schools. Working closely with their team, we recognized that most leadership programs using speakers, seminars, or books offer short-term motivation but long-term frustration without outlets for action, so we created a platform that engages students in monthly Leader Labs where they learn important leadership skills for student-led Community Impact Projects. Through strategic development collaboration, we built a scalable system that supports both in-classroom and out-of-classroom experiences as the program continues growing year by year. The result empowered Chick-fil-A Leader Academy to serve over 1,000 schools with over 100,000 users on the platform, implementing a fresh approach to leadership development that empowers young people to truly make a difference in their communities.
