Complete restaurant rebrand and interior redesign supporting culinary evolution from Easy Seafood to Easy Bistro & Bar
When husband-and-wife team Erik and Amanda Niel decided to evolve Easy Seafood into Easy Bistro & Bar, they needed more than a menu expansion—they needed a complete brand transformation that would honor their history while embracing their culinary evolution. Whiteboard partnered with the Niels to create a comprehensive identity that reflected Chef Erik's training in classical French and New Orleans cuisine. The transition from seafood-focused to full bistro allowed the kitchen to showcase seasonal, elegant, yet approachable dishes that captured both Southern soul and French technique. Working closely with Amanda on interior design, we created a space that embodies the traditional bistro ethos: warm, inviting, and comfortable. The visual identity draws from classic French bistro styles and New Orleans architecture, with black-and-white treatments, historic tile floors, vintage green accents, and antique mirrors creating a timeless environment where the warmth of the staff and richness of the menu take center stage.
