Striking showroom design celebrating urban texture and collective creativity

EF Contract needed a compelling presence at Neocon 2019 that would showcase their new products while capturing the essence of urban inspiration. Whiteboard collaborated with EF Contract's Susan Curtis to design a simple yet striking showroom that embodied their "Inhabit" concept. The design philosophy centered on celebrating the layers of city life - from the institutions and artists to the innovators who shape urban environments. The team drew inspiration from the authentic elements that build a city's unique character: craft brewery culture, local music scenes, and street art that transforms ordinary spaces. This thoughtful approach resulted in a showroom that resonated with visitors by connecting EF Contract's furniture solutions to the human experience of inhabiting and creating within urban spaces.
