We partnered with the Faith and Liberty Discovery Center to create a digital experience as captivating as their physical Philadelphia museum space, developing both visitor-focused and donor-focused online platforms over our five-year collaboration. Working closely with Local Projects and the FLDC team, we crafted an immersive post-visit experience called My FLDC that provides each visitor with a personalized online journey based on their unique path through the Center, allowing deeper exploration of topics and greater context on their discoveries. Our partnership resulted in a comprehensive digital ecosystem including an interactive donor portal, a robust public website showcasing the wonder of the Center to potential visitors, and personalized museum experiences that extend learning beyond the physical visit. Through strategic digital design that reflects America's founding story and Philadelphia's heritage, we helped FLDC achieve massive gains in engagement and visitor conversion, ensuring more people have the opportunity to experience awe at our nation's history through both physical and digital touchpoints.
