During a season of growth, they approached Whiteboard with a need to reposition their brand to differentiate from a crowded, noisy marketplace and scale their marketing efforts to further grow their business. Through comprehensive qualitative and quantitative research across their market landscape, we developed a new brand position that shifted focus from fraud compliance to seamless customer experience. While fraud prevention was table stakes, their target audience really cared about invisible identity validation designed for customers, not fraudsters. We created messaging and visual identity that subverted competitors' playbooks, positioning Intellicheck with a distinct point of view: identity verification should be invisible. The custom web experience features frosted glass UI components over photography, connecting complex technology to real customer experiences with subtle animations throughout. This repositioning helped them stand out in a commodity-driven landscape while supporting their sales team in growing their complex, technical product across banking, finance, retail, and tech sectors.
