We partnered with Linq to update their website and match the excellence of their innovative digital business card product, optimizing their user experience strategy to clearly demonstrate value against traditional business cards and industry competitors. Working closely with RVRB and the Linq team, we addressed user confusion surrounding their product functionality by creating clearer narratives about how the app works and its positive impact potential across different industries and user types. Our collaboration resulted in a complete evolution from their previous black-and-white approach to a vibrant, animated website full of life, product photography, and strategic pops of color that focuses the homepage on answering user questions and guiding them toward purchase. Through comprehensive UX optimization including clearer purchase pathways, improved e-commerce experience, and enhanced teams page presentations, we helped Linq achieve such a significant visual transformation that competitors began adopting similar approaches to their own websites.
