Whiteboard partnered with McCallie School's Annual Sustaining Fund to transform how they engage young alumni through strategic brand refresh and digital innovation.
The McCallie Annual Sustaining Fund faced a critical challenge: engaging graduates from 2000 and younger who weren't connecting with traditional fundraising approaches. Whiteboard partnered with key stakeholders and active alumni to reimagine their brand identity and digital strategy. Through collaborative workshops and strategic stakeholder meetings, we uncovered broader organizational needs that would shape our comprehensive solution. We developed The Honor Fund identity that honored McCallie's collegiate heritage while pushing toward something progressive and fresh. The rebrand launched alongside the 1905 Campaign, seeking 1905 donations to commemorate the school's founding year. Our team built a streamlined WordPress-based giving experience with Stripe integration, designed custom email templates in MailChimp, and executed a content marketing strategy featuring video spotlights of alumni, teachers, parents, and students.
