Whiteboard partnered with Greentech to create a distinctive identity for Painted Ridge, their newest residential pocket community located just minutes from downtown Chattanooga. The developers drew inspiration from America's National Parks, envisioning a community that celebrated natural beauty while offering modern conveniences and proximity to urban amenities. Our design approach pulled from the rich visual heritage of National Parks signage and wayfinding systems, crafting an identity that felt both timeless and purposeful. The typography and logo design captured the rugged beauty and careful stewardship associated with our nation's most treasured landscapes. Through thoughtful application of classic park service design principles, we created branding that positioned Painted Ridge as more than just housing—it's a community where residents can enjoy expertly designed features including water elements, walking trails, and beautifully maintained common spaces that honor the natural setting.
